How do I apply for more credit?
There are 3 ways you can apply for a credit limit increase:
Call our call centre on 08610 66639, or;
Go into any Mr Price, Mr Price Home or Mr Price Sport store, and ask an in-store associate to assist you with completing a credit limit review form, or;
Login if you are already a user, or register as an online user on this website, and apply online;
What are the secure account services available to me as an account holder?
You can view secure statements, payments, purchase details, balances, view your credit limit, update your account details and request a re-rating to increase your credit limit.
What does “According to our records you do not seem to have entered your information correctly” mean?
This error will display the fields that have been incorrectly entered (and are required for registration) for example Account number, Surname, Date of Birth or ID Number. It is suggested that you re-enter your information again to ensure that the information was entered correctly. If you have entered your details correctly and still receive this error please go into your nearest store to update your details on our records and then try again.
What does “Awaiting confirmation of email address” mean?
You have registered, but have not yet clicked on the link in the email that was sent to you, to confirm that your email address is valid. Check your email account and click on the link provided or copy and paste the link into your browser address bar.
What does “Awaiting data” mean?
You have registered, but no email has been sent to you as yet and our records are waiting to be updated. Should you feel you wish to follow up on your progress – please do not hesitate to contact our technical staff by clicking on the “Problems logging in” link.
What does “This is an invalid login combination” mean?
This error occurs when you try to log in with an email address and password combination that does not match our records. Use the “Forgotten your password?” link to request your password to be sent to you should you have forgotten it.
What happens if I forget my password?
Enter your email address into the login page, click on “Forgotten your password” and your password will be emailed to the email address specified (should the email address exist on our records).
What is “My secret question and answer” when registering?
You must enter a question that only you would know the answer to. This secure question and answer will be used to identify you should the need arise. An example could be: Q: What is my mother’s maiden name? A: Smith.
What is the “New Account” page for?
If you do not have an existing account and would like to apply for one, you can apply using this facility.
What is the “Online Registration” page for?
Before you can gain access to the secure account services you must complete the online registration form to be able to view statements, purchases and payments.
What is the login page used for?
Existing account holders can access the secure account services from this page using the email address and password they supplied when they filled in the Online Registration form.
What Password (and Confirmation of Password) do I need to enter when registering?
You must enter any password that you will use in conjunction with your email address when logging onto the secure account services. Please note that you will be required to remember this password for logging in.
